Ok these are my favs from Encore (listened again) I agree, this album is dope! But its not illmatic...
Evil Deeds, Never Enough, Yellow Brick Road, Like Toy Soldiers, Mosh, Puke, Rain Man, Big Weenie, Just Lose It, Spend Some Time, Mockingbird, Crazy In Love, One Shot 2 Shot, Encore
^^^ All these songs are either amazing or great (Big Weenie and 1s2s are funny)
Solid album tbh. I hate all the hate Encore gets. Every praises Kanye for his "creativity" and shit, but when Em tries something different it gets hate? 8.5/10

Never really liked Encore as a whole.
It has some good songs like Encore/Curtains down, Never Enough, Yellow brick road but overall it just doesn't hold up against any of his other albums ..

You have the poor first verse in Evil Deeds, Big Weenie, just Lose it and One shot 2 shot are all so poorly written, especially one shot 2 shot (if we're talking about Ems verse) the flow the delivery, it all sounds so bad. If you like how they sound i cant argue with you there thats your opinion. But they are not well written by any means.
And I dont disagree with the last thing you said, but this isnt an example of Ems creativity and people just not appreciating it, its a deterioration of his style as a rapper. This is him at his lowest. it has a handful of decent-good songs. Lyrically overall this was all just so sub-par for him.
That said i do really like never enough and like toy soldiers. Encore, the song, is a banger.
