Eminem rhyming the word Orange!

I noticed a while back on a packet of sweets, it had a funny fact 'No word in the English language rhymes with the word Orange'. This seems to be common knowledge, as i`ve heard it mentioned in other places too.

However Eminem`s raps are peppered with the word Orange. I think this is a conscious effort from Eminem to show people that when it comes to rhyming he can do anything. Check out his lyrics and post back the ones you find. I know theirs at least 5, but, couldn`t be arsed lookin. Theirs one in 'Big Weenie' and i think about 5 or 6 more at least.

On paper it doesn`t really look like they rhyme, but, a combination of the way Eminem raps them and because the fact that they`re usually multies, means that they do.

That`s genius in my opinion!!

Yeah , I heard dre sayin in an interview , that em is able to ryhme words that doesnt actually rhyme or something

That's funny, but I guess in these examples he doesn't rhyme the word orange itself. It's more like hill-bill or Lucas-Mucus. But it's still cool

yeah, I heard an article a while ago saying Eminem was a genius for rhyming the word orange lol...and I think the best example is from Business:

Set to blow college dorm room doors off the hinges
Oranges, peach, pairs, plums, syringes

he rhymes it twice!

When they say orange can't be rhymed, they mean it can't be rhymed by pronoucning words as they should be pronounced. It's not like eminem did something totally magically amazing when he does it because he isn't using the correct pronounciation. Technically, no one can rhyme with orange just because no word has been made that rhymes with orange.

actually, he rhymed the word orange with "door hinge" which is a perfect rhyme....if you look in the dictionary, it tells you how to pronounce the words correctly (with phonetic symbols) and "hinge" and "orange" have the same ending...same for "syringe"!
