haven't ate sugar in over a month, it's not hard tbh, haven't ate meat either, you just need disciplint and no cheat days cuz cheat days make u want more

You guys have to take care with these things.

A bit (and a bit is a bit) of sugar is necesary.

And of course you can live without eating meat, but you have to take the proteins in another way.

I've done this for 6 weeks.
I got withdrawals, my body hurt, my legs in particular actually hurt and I needed to rub them, I was tired, I had severe headaches and I got ocular migraines where my pupils swell up like 2 pennies and I could see spots and shit. Wasn't pleasant but I stuck at it as those symptoms vanished after 5 days.

Sugar is like crack.

I don't eat a lot of sugar now and only allow myself to have a maximum of 30g a day, where majority comes from the food I'm eating or cordial as I hate drinking plain water.
