From the information we have, it seems like it's a Shady Records album, celebrating its XV aniversary, it could be new shit or old greatest hits, or a mixture, from what we see in the video with artist no longer in shady records...that could be the only doubt, I don't know where people is deducting from It's his last solo album and all this especulation

There is no more proof that it's that, than a solo album. Of course the video would have flashbacks of the last 15 years, that's the title of it.
