Can someone please explain to me where the retirement speculation is coming from?

Em's been making retirement hints for years, on Encore/Curtain Call (2004/2005), on Beautiful (2009), 25 to Life (2010), Take From Me (2011) and on MMLP2 (2013). There's no way he's bowing out now with a compilation album.
