Just because eminem was better on the same track as eminem doesnt make eminem better.
They are completely different rappers, how can we even compare them.
edit: but to my personal taste eminem is better, i cant relate to wat jay sais or does.

Jay-z Is a very good rapper. I like ''Me And My Girlfriend (Even it's from Tupac).
But in freestyle Eminem takes him quick.
Eminem his lyrics are just better. Jay-Z has much good flows.
