Anyone else hear stories about this...?

So I was talking to this manager at an FYE at my local mall. He says he's worked there for fifteen years. I asked him if there were any cool things that happened while working there. He said in December 2007 that he was told by corporate to be prepared for a massive shipment of Eminem CD's. This was when Eminem overdosed, and everyone thought he was going to die apparently. So Interscope had prepared an album for release in December incase Eminem died. Puts a haunting twist to It's Been Real. Anyone else hear any stories about this?
