No it's fine bro, what you said makes a lot of sense. I completely agree with you. Kanye's lost what he once stood for and thinks that what he's doing right now is some godly work. He apparently thinks Yeezus was a huge step in the right direction and wants to continue even farther down into that experimentation and his ego.
Experimentation for an artist is fine, it's just that I don't like the direction he's experimented in and how far and away from his roots he's gotten. He's lost himself and who he once was like you said, which is pretty sad tbh. There is possibly a sliver of hope for him to turn it around and become who he once was again but that chance is extremely slim and I doubt it'll happen the more that I think about it. It's sad like I said![]()

THANK YOU. fuck, finally someone agrees with me. Most kanye fans are in denial, that's why theres almost no point in arguing with them, you won't get anywhere. Yeezus is incredibly bad. The only songs I liked on that POS were Blood on The Leaves and Bound 2 (the sample induced nostalgia). And those snippets of 'Awesome' and that other song I can't think of only further convince me that we will need a miracle for the real kanye to come back.
Also, I think the guy needs some serious counseling - specifically grief counseling.
And not so much anymore. I just bump Illmatic and It was Written once in a while

False; idk he's kinda hit and miss now
Lol yeah I enjoy both Blood on the Leaves and Bound 2 but mostly for the production tbh. I also actually enjoy New Slaves lol. For the most part, I almost always either love Kanye's production or am fascinated by his use of sampling even if the song and lyrics itself aren't that good like a lot of Yeezus.
And I believe a member on here was saying that Kanye needs to be taken into slavery lol. They were saying that he needs to go through some intense physical and emotional torture and labor that a slave would go through in order to wake him the fuck up and humble himself. It does sound fucked up saying that someone should be a slave for a little while haha but I think he could benefit from it. It'd snap him out of his ego and he'd probably become religious and humble again like he was back when he started on The College Dropout.

False; after Recovery I was really done with Em for a while. Then MMLP 2 dropped and I went back into Stan mode and playing the shit out of his music. Now that we're nearing the end of 2014 and Em's been pretty quiet for the most part (what have we got this year? Just Calm Down and Guts Over Fear? Both weren't enough to pique my interest though, but Calm Down did a little bit) I'm not quite sure what to expect from Em in the future. So I guess you could say the past couple months I've started to become a bit disinterested in Em again. That could change though, we'll just have to see.
