how to treat back pain?

Some of you know I've been learning to play the acoustic guitar, well 3 weeks of hunched over bad posture has suddenly given me severe lower back pain, been moderate for a few days but now got a lot worse ... hurts to walk, get up or even turn over in bed ... which also explains why I haven't been on much this week ... any ideas for comfort or to treat this pain?

hot water bottles an if u lie on ur back an like pull ur knees towards ur chest it streches ur back out...or paracetamol..or ibruprofen

aww.. poor Tee.. you could try to get a massage.. and stop playin guitar for a while, give your back rest

i would say take some advil, use those icey hot back things, stretch, get a message and stop playing the guitar for a little while. Your muscle are probably not used to what you are doing, so you just gotta let them relax.
