1. "Big shot" and "Small Poke" is pretty straight forward, he's saying he's better than you. Simple
2. Continuing the needle references throughout the verse. "Big Shot" literally means "large needle". These other guys are just "Small pokes, little pricks in the skin.
3. Continuing the dick references. His is the "Longest around here" (He measures the length just a few bars back". He also shoots a big load ("Big Shot"). These other guys are just "Dick-snots" (jism), with "Little Pricks"

He is saying the only way he is like George Bush is that he performs sneak attacks, which is another name for ambush.
Em is continuing on with the “I’m not soft” theme so the only time he will say “i am bush/pussy)” is when he does a sneak attack, which is called an Ambush. Bush could also refer to the whole pussy theme in these last couple of lines, meaning a women’s pubes.
The most obvious one: If he would do a sneak attack he would literally be involved in an ambush.
He uses more wordplay, if you can break down “sneak attack’s”. It sounds like “sneak a tax”. In this case, he could be talking about how Bush dropped the rate on taxes and revenues from the tax increased with the government taking in more money.
