Guts Over Fear is like a perfect transition b/w Legacy and Asshole. Well, it would be if the reverb on Legacy was a little longer, but it's still a lot better than the actual transition on the album imo

It's my last post about how brilliant is this album. It's been a year since I started to
discover this album. And how self-called critics and just other douchebags can be
such dicks and speak on how: "Oh, it's not hip-hop, it's pop", and than "here's a
sequel to his Mathers LP JUST TO try to get people to buy". I listen to every track
and - it feels that he works on this album more than he ever do in his life. And it
can't logically be the true, that MMLP2 is his greatest, but it looks like it. I
remember the first time when I seen the announced tracklist. And I remember I
thought: "Oh my God, Em. So corny titles. Really"? Who can pretend what's
actually is behind this. I get it. Eminem is a truly - RAP GOD. I still listen to other
actual hip-hop headz. I love hip hop. But when you find some time and you sitting
on your couch, put on the headphones, concentrate on what you hear and play
Em's music - it's something that lives like beyond other competition that exists. It's
like - how (and why) really it's that great? Eminem is the only human on this planet
who can put so much of his soul and heart into his hobby. There will be no 2nd and
3d person who will ever get on the level that Eminem have. By now this record do
not even earned a little piece of the attention that it deserves. I just so confused how
people can't understand how great that is? He brings all back. This vibe. All this
memories. All the greatness that he have in the past. It's like he literally grab the time
by his hands than snatched the glory of those days and tried it on once more.

Groundhog Day and Baby will be classics imo.

I wouldnt say Baby will be, I just dont think the hook is quite there, I think it needs another line or something to make it feel more complete.

The verses are crack rock though.

Agreed, tho the beat can be a little annoying, it is probably the most old-Eminem esque song on the album.
Although, Evil Twin is clearly the best song on the album, Asshole is crawling up there.

Bumped So Far...in my friends car earlier

It's downright crazy how great the song fits MMLP2. And by that, I mean how well it fits the idea of Eminem being older and what not. The beat, the subject matter, and most of all, the singing (which is taken straight from a song that I can't quite remember the name of) just make it perfect.

I hope for the rest of their lives, no one forgets to remind them how retarded that "magnets" line was. Especially considering how "deep" that song was supposed to be, that's one of the dumbest rap lines of all time.
