Were you born with it?

yes I was.
Cerebral palsy is a neurological condition. It effects everyone differently, some people can be slow but most people born with it are very smart and are on the same level as everyone else, intellectually. Some can only be effected in their legs or their arms or both. some can walk, some can't. Some people only have use of one arm or hand. As for me, my left arm is a lot weaker than my right. it really just depends on how much brain damage occurred. This would be a really long answer if I had to explain everything so here
