Not really,example Greg was for sure written(now I remember it was in Angry Blonde,that he writes most of his freestyles),and keeping it raw, but tim westwood in 2009 I think most of it wasn't,you could see that.And that last freestyle with Slaughterhouse,he was probably prepared a little,but he was also freestyling for real

Greg is just an acapella of 1 minute, you cant compare.

The best example i can give is his freestyle on the BET Cypher 2009. He got just 2 weak lines, for that i can tell is a freestyle.

Freestyle is also a free verse, meaning that the verse have no particular topic and it's just about rhyming and such. And usually the verse has never been performed before.

We go through this shit every year.

For real, just let this go. They all obviously wrote their verses, maybe with a little bit of improvisation. Of course they wrote them. Why would they show up for this huge label cypher that they knew about weeks or months in advance and say, "well fuck. I have no idea what I'm gonna say. I hope I don't fuck it up." Of course they're going to be prepared.

It's more about whether it's called a freestyle or not.
