I thought Em's verse sounded on point tbh but I have only heard shitty copies. As for the cypher he killed it but the shouting was a bit over the top haha. Looks like it's now his natural style but he has toned it down for the music side of things.

Also I'm thinking Em was just doing TRICKAY a favour or TRICKAY was extorting the fuck out of him haha

As far as Detroit vs Everybody......I thought he could have spit similar to Groundhog Day or something, wish he would have just calmed down and flowed naturally but still pretty iiiight. I like the verses, wasn't a big fan of the hook but whatever.

Like he could have killed the song with a slow flow. He doesn't have to double time with complex rhymes to the max on every verse.

He's also been obsessed with following the rhyme scheme for as long as he could.

Lyrics were fire, but yeah he could've went with a slower flow.

It's like he doesn't realize the best sounding stuff on MMLP2....at least IMO....was Bad Guy last verse, Groundhog Day, Evil Twin, etc. If he would just do that 90% of the time, Idk. There's a time and place for the fast flow....Rap God, Love Game 3rd verse I guess, etc.

But he's OBSESSED with it.

Have to agree that he over does the fast flow and it's ironic because I remember in an old interview him saying when he started he thought the fastest you could rap the better you were and he learned that's not the case but it seems like he's doing it all over again.

Em laughing at Royce's line/him drinking his red bull/spitting at the end added a bit of realness to the cypher I thought haha

I think he'll mix it up depending on the song. So far he's killed it with his flows and his rhymes. His writing is incredible.
