Nowadays it's used for anyone with a fan base. I've seen people say Nicki stans, Drake stans, Kendrick stans, etc. It's pretty cool to know Em started it all

I'm a Stan because I've listened to everything possible by Em and he's the only artist I actually enjoy listening to consistently, plus if I'm correct the album will leak tomorrow Haha, but yeh that's just a guess
