I'am gonna go with my conspiracy that its modern Eminem on LY demo trying to pass on it was a scraped version in case of a bad reaction to song. Story has it Em made Lose Yourself in one day inbetween breaks on set of 8 mile. So I definitely think it was made after 02 imo. Em should make it a single. Pretty unique concept of re doing your own classic songs with different lyrics etc. Maybe Em attempted it and just didn't come off right ha.

Well pretty simple logic. Em has said that he created Lose Yourself within breaks on set in one day so where this scraped version came before then is pretty sketchy imo. Why I think its made after 02 but I do believe he doesn't remember doing it but yeah deffo after original imo.

Every song has a demo. There's a lot of old Em demos on YouTube, for example:
I'm Shady, Kim, CAB (Where Em had 2 verses plus he rapped Dre's part and there was no 50) and The Kids to name a few.

Maybe he only remembers the creating of the original Lose Yourself. And maybe the demo is even made before the movie, maybe even in 01. Who knows? only Paul knows.
