Perfectly said by whoever wrote it, spot on.

It's clear Em has is a genius in terms of straight rhyming, perhaps add some meaning and slow down now.

He has plenty of meaning and content. I will agree with the flow, though. He needs to slow the fuck down at times and quit it with the line-splitting.

He thinks it'll be "dumbing it down" if he slows down I think. Which, obviously he won't be.

Does anyone agree that the production was pretty bad on this album?

Honestly I agree on some.

But Die Alone, Vegas, Guts Over Fear, Bane...all had mediocre or shit beats IMO.

Shady XV, Fine Line i like. Right For Me is a little more tolerable. Thats it for Ems stuff.

Em just needs to chill out on the fast flow and sentence splitting. It doesnt sound natural and isnt an engaging listening to it. I hope someone in his camp or someone hes close with tells him that.

I agree to a certain extent that this fast flow shit is not the most enjoyable to listen to sometimes but at the same time it's still impressive and I think he's just still in the phase of doing something different. He'll probably change it up again for his next album too, part of the intrigue with Em is you never know what you're gonna get. I think at this point in his career it's smart of him to be experimenting/trying new things because just as many people would be bitching if he had always used his old flow.

What I don't get is the people who say that "he lost his flow", it's not like he's an aging athlete who has slowed down and lost a step, it's his fucking voice, the fast flow he's doing right now is harder to do than his old slower shit, if anything his voice changed a bit.

On a side note, I really enjoy the Vegas song but for some reason in the whip when it gets to Em's best part (right around the "swallow my pride" line) Em's voice gets all distorted when it's up loud. Anyone else have this issue?
