iTunes trouble

I downloaded the new iTunes 7 today, but it won't let me download any videos. The music works out fine, but nothing else. It will start the download, but nothing will actually download. Then an error message will pop up saying "error download..... did not work 'connection refused'."

I checked on my iTunes and everything is working out. I also checked out Norton and it is allowing iTunes full access.

Any ideas?

its not working.. even after i re-installed it. damn itunes...
