child pornography is already "banned"/illegal. so unless they toss pornography out the window all togetha, it'll still be on the internet. also, as long as people can get a video camera, they can still make that "stuff." so in reality, as much as we all want it gone, child pornography is pretty much unavoidable. plus people are obviously not afraid of the consiquences for making those videoes.
