How long you reckon Em can hold his breath for when rappin?

Just been listening to 'We aint' with the game, and Em seems to go for ages without takin a breath. You reckon he practices holding his breath to build himself up? :confusion:

but the best i've seen em rap live was in the 2003 grammys when he did lose yourself. there was no track in the background to emphasize the words and i don't think proof helped him out on the versese... just the chorus. and em killed it. he got every syllable and every rhyme.

he also did real well in the saturday night live forgot about dre performance. he didnt' miss a beat on his parts.

I don't think he holds his breath. I think through years of practice and repetition he's learned to control the way he uses his breath.

Eminem's definatly great with his syllables live, and also really gd with keeping the flow going, but the guy does take a breather, but overall he's gr8 live. The only rapper I've seen who I hate live was 50 Cent, he doesn't sound the same he does on cds and he cuts every song in half, and I'm a fan of his 2.

agree, especially with the 50 part. haven't seen him live but in videos he looks like hes dying. he always messes up in some way.

wat he does is he raps a few lines then he stops and dre give him his feedback then if it is good eminem says a few more lines. but he said in one of his books he sung the whole entire song of bitch please part 2 without takin a break. :smoking:

yeah I also agree that Eminem has just gotten a lot better at holding his breath because of so much repetition, his WHOLE LIFE, he's just really experienced.
I can't sing along to some of his songs...
