Cartoon is the name of Eminem's tattoo artist he does all of Eminem's tattoo's for him. And reporters are always asking Eminem questions about his tattoo's every time he gets a new tattoo they always wanna know why he got it. And what he means by "tuned it out" is that he just ignores reporter's and shit when ever they ask about his tattoo's. What he means about "I'm sick of duking" is that he's sick of arguing with reporter's and other people who don't agree with certain tattoo's he gets u know like when he got the "Kim Rot In Peice's" tattoo the press where critizing him and saying that it was wrong for him to get a tattoo like that. apparantly (according to his site) Mr.Cartoon is releasing a video/movie about himself. might be cool too look out, never know Em may appear on it (though i dunnof if he would appear on it or not)
