yall jsut saying ps3 is better than xbox but no ones giving a good reason alls they say is ps3 owns xbox 360 sux :confusion:

what makes tha ps3 better than tha xbox360???

Im just gonna say some of the facts. The PS3 sucks ass, it doesnt look nice, to expensive, no good games, has the same or lower graphics then the Xbox 360, does not have the same quality online network that the Xbox 360 has, the PS3 does not come with a mic to talk to your friends while playing games, their paddles claim to be wireless but in fact you gotta connect it to a base unit with a USB cable, than if you need to take your paddle to a friends house you gotta repeat the process, the music you put on it goes off when you are playing a game, all the exclusive PS titles have already gone to the 360 except GT4 and a few other and its a matter of time that that does also come to the 360,

for somthing that got delayed from spring youd think they woulda made it better

i dont see why people would buy a ps3 when you can get a better system for less cash

All the sony dickridas should give up and say that the xbox 360 is a much better console. Hell, even i was a sony dickrida until i played the PS3.

^^ Ps3 has better graphix, trust me... im very very sure... ive compared the graphix and ps3 rules graphix-wise...

ur right itss more expensive and it currently doesnt have as many games as the 360... but im sure it will in the close future...

about the online, in 360 u need to pay for registering for a timeperiod... in ps3 u just buy the online thing and u dont need to pay more... so after u buy the online thing ull be able to play anytime without worrying bout paying every month for membership...

shape-wise i have to ssay xbox looks better...

overall i would get a ps3 if i had the money... both are awesome btw

This monstrosity isn't a video game system, it's Sony's plan to create and dominate a medium... again... for the 5th time in my lifetime (BetaMax, SACD, MD, UMD, BR). BR will fail as a movie format just like UMDs have. It's a great storage medium... BUT... are you willing to back up your 50GB onto a SINGLE disc? Better not scratch it... and better hope the discs don't erode... we'll find that out in 10 years.

ps3 is alot more harder to develop for compared to the xbox360,so ofcource 360 games will look better for now, give it 2 or 3 years and ps3 will blow 360s shit out the water.

Whatever console you've got or you're getting, if you're happy then it's all good.
I got an Xbox 360 a week ago, now on Xbox live and it's an incredible gaming experience. I've been into games since I got the original Game boy with tetris and nothing has been as enjoying and exciting as the xbox live experience ... never thought things would look so sexy.

Beyonce or Gears of War Graphics .... .....

hmm,i guess it just comes down to the games, ps2 is alot weaker than gamecube and xbox,but i think ps2 shits on them from space,mainly due to gran turismo 4,aslong as its decent,i dont think we can see no big ass differences with ps3 and xbox360, if gamecube had grand theft auto as an exclusive when it came out,the gamecube would have sold 10fold more as much as it did when it floped hard in 2003, its all about the games.

ps3 games wont have that " wow " factor untill early 2009, like i said in the other thread, sony consoles are always harder to develop for,first bunch of games will probably only use 10 to 20% of what the ps3 can do, first round of sony games will use around 40-50% as their more educated on the ps3 from sony themselfs, look at ps2, Gran turismo 3 came out 2001, and nothin on the ps2/xbox/gamecube came close to its graphics untill 2005 when gran turismo 4 came out,and it will be the same for ps3 i reken, Gran turismo HD will smash any other racing games wave in visual terms atleast,as for shooters, Killzone 2 is lookin real nice.

theres no risk for blu ray,my opinion anyways,i can tell it will be a huge sucess

normal dvds can hold what, 4 to 8 GB, Blu Ray can hold 25gb to 50gb per disk,thats huge!, games with big ass movies like final fantasy will have no restrictions with this format, more data etc

honestly i think in a few years time, Ps3 will have the most market share again,followed closely by 360 and wii lagging behind, only hardcore nintendo fans defend it to the death coz of the consoles history and due to the fact its a nintendo.

360 has an advantage of better online gaming over the ps3,i read alot of ppl say they wanted to play halo 2 on xboxlive but coz of the costs,they rather play socom 2 on ps2 on its free online gaming network.
