it still doesn't work out from my pics, it is always the same thing avater to big or url or whatever.i hope this time somebody can really help me out.on every other site i can put my pics on and it works and on this site not.

can somebody tell me please what i do wrong on it or what the problem is

It's simple, go to "Avatar control panel" in profile, then Upload Avatar from your machine. Click on browse and find a picture on your computer. Or PM TR and he can do it for you. Just send him the picture in your PM.
