That's just speculation, may also be true, but I doubt it. Nothing too advanced about those lyrics to suggest Eminem wrote them. He did definitely write Dre's verses in "Forgot About Dre", those lines have Eminem's style written all over them!!

Thing is Asp, those aren`t just good verses, they are some of the best there is, it's a bit of a coincidence Dre signs Eminem and suddenly starts spouting shit only somebody like Rakim or Pun can do.!! I know for a fact that Eminem wrote that one, just because of the lyrics, and he definitely wrote both parts of "Guilty Conscience", heard that in an interview.
