nas had it lyrically no doubt, but jay z jus had the personal shit about nas, like carmen, AI n jigga....but nas murdered him lyircally. i mean i liked take over....but it jus had at most a verse about nas...n nas had 2 songs about jay z (ether n everybodys crazy) then jay did supa ugly...which took it a bit to far....but in the end i think nas won, and is the better rapper, and yea, it was official, it was like 52%-48% in nas favor.
