Rick Ross?

I was wondering if Rick Ross is a good artist. I heard Cross That Line feat. Akon, and that song rules for life, so I wondered if anyone heard is album Port of Miami and knows if it would be worth getting it and I just want to know some opinions on him.

ok ya'll, I download his album, and it isn't anything special, it is ok. some nice catchy songs 
but anyway, just fun for a little time, only a few really good song that are of real good quality.
