they say its a animal/alien/monster who sucks out the blood of goats and chickens.. Since those animals are somethimes found without any blood and no explenation they made up a monster i think.. Or its a well hidden animal hehe

theres a very cool fake of this "monster"
its an artist work, i saw his page i think, it had a few other weird shits there that looked pretty real. he be good working in hollywood
