does anyone else keep fit here ,im a bit of a fitness freak i run nearly every day mostly 5 days a week and gym a fair bit as well, i enjoy playing any sport and ai box at home. i also am in the australian army reserves and going full time next year :boxing: :dumbell: :onehandweight:

I'm like the skinniest girl in my class (my friends call me anorexic)...But that doesn't mean I'm fit. I hate being forced to excersice :mad:

I go the the powerhouse gym every single day when I have the time whether it be for an hour or even for a couple of minutes. I love to weightlift, I think I'm scrawny though because I can lift 350 pounds but I took my ex girlfriend with me and she can lift about 200 pounds, not when she's lying down and pushing up but when she's standing up and such because I remember when I went over to her house her mom has a huge pure marble table and she lifted it up with ease, not the whole thing but you know what I mean, y'all talk to my ex girlfriend? So I think I'm a lightweight. Ha ha.

^Omg really???? I couldn't live without sugar, I'm totally addicted to chocolate - guess it's a woman's thing :unsure: And I couldn't live without bread or potatoes either... I do try to eat organic stuff though if possible instead of "ordinary" vegetables, meat, bread etc.
I'm not a fanatic or anything but I really do like to exercise - I do a mixture of kickboxing and different martial arts :boxing: and I run when the weather is nice - and I walk my gorgeous German Shepard :dog:

I eat a lot of meat (beef and chicken...no pork)

I eat pasta and shit just dont eat bread
i been doing it for 5 years now .. its not that hard

i stay healthy. i watch what i eat.
and i try to lift every day and do crunches everyday
and sometimes i do push ups.
