yea i was addicted to caffeine and cigarettes but i had to quit. that shit actually made me feel like shit every morning waking up coughing, and my teeth got a little yellow. i hate that.

yeah, well i never complained bout my teeth, coz i brush 3 times a day, just because i drink a lot of coffee... but the headaches... true, if i dont have my coffee i feel like shit, and i tried quiting but i cant, it ruins my week and my mood.

Ima have to try this next summer, wen i dont have shit to think about.

i got over it by just getting rid of any coffee in the house and i didn't go out for a while cuz i would've gone to a restaurant to get some coffee, and to smoke cigs. it sounds crazy to go through all that but it helped and worked.
