Well, i hate to be realistic, but there are very few people here who actually do stuff to the "standard" of at least amateurs... i check the audios myself, and i personally can only listen to maybe 2-3 people and enjoy it. The rest rush they shit, slap an acapela on a beat without knowing how to mix or even trying to fit the acapela in the beat to themselves sound present.


all i gotta say... if u want people to feed, u gotta make people listen, its not as easy as u think to make someone like ur music. Dont beg for feed, while u dont deserve it yet.

maybe if people put some time into there audios they would recieve more feedback.I put alot into my latest track and i got alot of feed o im pretty happy....i think you gotta start thinking outside of tr.Maybe make a soundclick/my space account etc etc

I post shit here, and i sometimes dont feel like feeding people that make tracks without concentrating or making flows/ends meet, it was just an honest opinion.


I been to russian forums, were some russian mothefuckers make better tracks that americans or english on TR, same goes for other forums, people concentrate on they tracks, and when they do, people listen and then have the will to post opinions.

"Feed" is mostly props, we are lucky to have a sight that doesnt have tolerance to hate (a statuswhich i plan to maintain) so aint nobody gone say shit if they dont like the tracks.

I hardly ever feed - when I do its too people who I see have good feedback - I mean, i'm not going to waste my time listening to someone who hasn't got any feedback - it doesn't look good to me, of course thats not always the case, but I don't really go in the audio section anyways, unless, like i said - i heard someone got good feed or something.

ain't that the truth. and that's probably why "net rappers" are stereotyped so much for being wack.... because most of them are!!!

but as i said before, not ALL net rappers suck. i can't say who is good and who is bad on TR, cuz i don't listen to everything, but when the odds are against you, i lose the interest to check your shit out.

... and someone said earlier (can't remember who) that a simple "nice job" would be appreciated. are you for real? cuz i can go into every single thread in the audio forum and post that to make everyone happy, if that's what you really want. but if you're serious with your tracks, i'd think you'd want more constructive criticism.

its still nice t hear even, "i liked it nice track" thats 1 more perso you know off that liked a track or didnt ike, still helps, the people who know abut it give really good feed thats expected, but even knoing one more opinion is apreciatd, and dont tell me if you listened and everyhtig ok but onebt eally pissed you off, if yu post that that 1 bit was really bad, the person now knows one more thing he did wrong and will try work on it

Anyways, all I'm sayin is postin feed sayin it was a good track isn't worthless I guess it gives them a bit of insperation maybe to know people are likin their stuff ...iunno but yeah

yeh one more person even enjoying 4 lines of my track makes me happy, then if in my next track they enjoy 1 verse, ive improved, maybe my next one theyll enjoy it all, thats progress, like asp is a example with me, he told me everything i was doing wrong i took it on board and tried to fix it then i got a track were he sayed flow was good, but i still had to up it a bit, if my next track he tells me flow was even better no matetr what other people say i know i would have improved in his eyes, i think that way with every person

if someone came into my thread and posted "your song sucks" or somethin, i would clearly ignore that. and the same kinda goes with a "that was good". well, what exactly was good about it? why don't you tell me and be more detailed, so i can know if you actually listened to the song or not.

i dont ignore it when they say its bad, i either ask why or wait and on the next track if they say that was OK i know ive improved a little

i try to give feed from time to time, it depends on the artist.. but just like Sarah said, i'm not an expert, so i can't be more specific about all the mixing or beat itself. when i feel it, i just say i like it and there's nothing more i can say about it.. same with lyrics - i don't have time to analyse it line by line, i'm just sayin in general if i liked it or not..
