if im talking to Russians i use ICQ mostly, because its more in use there, but I use msn, coz i got my college contacts on it, and none of my friends use yahoo.

But Msn has a lot of useless features that slow it down, and cause bugs, they should just make it plain texting, with a little icon, and get rid of all that dumb "live" shit.
