Lil Wayne has a new management team. Hip Hop Since 1978 will partner with Bryant Management as representatives of the New Orleans rapper.
Gee Roberson and Kyambo "Hip-Hop" Joshua make up the management/production firm that also represent artist Kanye West who is scheduled to provide beats for The Carter 3 album. The duo along with Wayne's current manager Cortez Bryant in overseeing his image as far as films, music and television.
"I'm excited to bring Hip-Hop Since 1978 onto the team," said Lil Wayne's manager Cortez Bryant. "I'm positive their combined experience, expertise, and well-cultivated relationships will help us take Wayne's career to the next level."
In other news the rapper is being sued by a girl that claimed that she was injured at a concert held at Tennessee State University. The alleged injures happened when a crowd rushed to the stage when Weezy threw out out cash into the audience.
The girl is asking for $150,000 from the rapper,Tennessee State University and another unknown male.
Fans can expect The Carter 3, later this year.
