If the child was ill from anything other than starvation I doubt anyone visiting there would have caught it just from touching him. Their immune system would have been stronger and vaccinations are required for overseas travel.

So you can't tell me that the goverment cant print money, Just for africa and send it there, Not for us, I mean they print a lot of money and send it to africa, or is it better people die?
