Maybe your country needs to die instead? Thats a bunch of bullshit you just said.
So you think that the world could sustain all the people of Africa on top of our current demand ? If so, your living in a state of disillusion. We do not have enough natural resources in the world to take care of these people. By natural resources I am reffering to things like oil, coal, iron etc.
all the people of africa?? you know why it's ''all the people of africa'' although i might add theres other countries as well like africa, it's like that because countries like uk & america just send some money over..they dont do jackshit 2 stop ppl from havin kids..they dont teach them bou contraception & that..thats why 2 many ppl have aids..why theres a lotta ppl..u dont just need 'natural resources' to take care of 'these people'. theres other stuff that we can help with as well, food, contraception etc..but we don't..we just send money & they don't even get all of it.
Ok so we stop them from breeding so rapidly and then we feed them. Closely following that we figure out a way to cure Malaria (actually possible and trials are being run) then we cure AID's. Then what to do we do with the people ? I guess they are gonna want houses right ?
Cause you know that they eventually will get television and they will see what the West has and they will want it because " Hey, if the Americans and westenrs have it. Why cant we ?". So then we have a whole nation wanting electricity, hot water, cars etc. But, how do we make all those things possible ?
Natural resources !!!
We need a whole bunch of different metals to create infrastructure in those countries. Then when it comes to cars, we are gonna need to give them oil, and if you havent noticed the prices are going up cause there is an actual shortage of this rare commodity.
Of course we can jsut continue to find new resources and alternatives but that takes time. And with another billion or soo people in those 3rd world countries wanting to have a higher quality of living the world is just gonna die off even faster.
So simply put (although I am not saying it is fair), it is easier, therefore better for these people to keep going ignored.
