how do you turn .band file into .mp3 or .wav
in simple words
how do you make projects from Garage band, play in your itunes, or in cool edit, etc...

get a program 2 actually format the file into what u want like .mp3
i don't rly have any link for a program but i'm sure u'll find one in internet cause there r loads

i use garageband 2 
basically what u do is open ur track in garageband (still as a .band) then u go 2 share in the top menu then send song to iTunes and it will create a mixdown (take bout 2 minz max) and export it. Hope that helps. Ask me more if u want coz i no quite a bit bout garageband
