Well lets see wat happened lately

he is in between two court cases right now and has an album to prepair
plus he is supposed to be putting finishing touches to statlanta and obies album he had come out of rehab and wants to spend time with his family
+ marshall doesnt have to do shit if he doesnt want<<<< and that may include not excepting a call from BONO
