Smack that is better! That's a fact. Akon is good. That's is a fact too. You can't do nothin with that. Shake that is a pretty good song but even Em made better verse at Smack that. You have nothin to do with that, it's not about what you like and what you don't these are facts. Have a nice "Akon hatin" day! :flower:

agreed their like sheep here,they see one bunch of people hating on akon they all follow.What for? because akon stimulated sex with a 14 year old? well bizarre of d12 talks about raping little kids and old ladys.

Either way 'smack that' is dope i like the hook and the beat.Shake that was good because of Nate dogg but eminems parts were shit,he added nothing to that song.His verse in smack that was a little better but again not that good in terms of what he added.

but i listened to Akon way before he did shit with Shady Records

and millions more people listened to his shit before too

so he would be a somebody

akon was nobody till he hit big with shadyrecords colabs.

millions of people listen to him? orly? nobody even knew he existed till he made that "lonely song" which if didnt consist 50% of chipmunk high pitches couldve been adecent song. Even then he was a one time chart hit, and faded away.

He is a nobody, coz he is not a talent, he doesnt have the voice or the musical' to be somebody in music.

then i heard "Ghetto"

Trouble < that album is a real good one ,

on his second he did kind of slip using Eminem to boost sales , but thats ok

asp is right.Akons album 'trouble' was actually released in 2003 but only started selling in 2005 when people started buying the single 'lonely'.I agree akon does sell with or without shady because alot of people do actually like some of his material,me included,but its usually stuff like 'gangster bop' and 'smack that' for the time when i just want to hear a dope beat and dont care much about lyrical content etc etc.

both songs sucked....didn't live up to his ability

and akon was alright at first but hearing him all the time is annoying and might hurt him more than help....kinda like that one fuck yelling yeeeeaaah on every fuckin song. where is he now?

I must admit though, everytime i go to the bar or any other public place for the matter, people play his music over and over again. The whole pop-hit phenomena is really disturbing at times
