Walk with me for a moment down memory lane and reminisce about all the hours you spent watching/playing Pokemon games. Think of the time when you and your best friend both wanted to get the same color game (red or blue) and you argued over who would get it because, in 8 yr old terms, the other was a bitch. Remember your anger when you were on the 7th gym leader and Pokemon yellow came out, the same game, but sooo much more like the show you couldn't resist. If you were like me then you remember saying that anybody who used a player's manual wasn't a real trainer and you sat up in your room on school nights trying desperately hard to make it through warehouses and caves to find secret items, legendary birds, or maybe even Mewtwo. Think back to that moment when you finally caught up to the prick who played nonstop, had an endless supply of batteries for his Pokemon Edition Nintendo Gameboy Color, and used the guide for even the simplest tasks and cleanse yourself in the feeling of triumph you felt that despite all of life's issues was the most important goal then, would be now, and always will be. Recall that moment when your starting Pokemon reached level 100 without the use of even ONE rare candy. Remember and rejoice my friends, remember and rejoice.

must admit, i loved it... when i was 11 or 12 yrs old id come home from skool and play for like 6 hours straight on my comp with my emulators and roms.. and i loved the tv show just as much as the game..... ahh, the memories....

i never played any of those gay games cuz i couldn't afford them, or the sytem for that matter. i just collected the cards. only bought a few packs whenever i would get money from raking leaves or whatever. i wish i would've sold them when they were still worth something. i should just throw them away, but maybe they'll come back and ill get some money for them

i played cards only. and used to collect umm.. tazos? that round things with pictures of Pokemons and play it all day long.. then i bought a collection of stickers and started to draw them lol

i also collected tazos but i had friends who had about 100 tazos then i came wiv 4 tazos

omg... do you know pokemon is still here!!! my brother just went and bought the new game pokemon pearl and he didn't have a ds to play the game so he went and bought one tooo.,.. nd mie mom wont even get me a pair of shoes

Around here we used to always collect the cards

Like, we would spend all our money on them
We didn't even know how to play, we just showed off our collections and how many rare ones we had

We used to play the N64 games like 90% of the time spent on the N64 too.

Unfortunately once it got past the 300 Pokemon mark, we started to realise how gay it would become. You know, because the more they keep adding, the more games and cards there will be, and it is endlessly pointless.

So we stopped after that.

In had Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow. I bought Gold but I wasnt into it all like I was the others. I had Pokemon Arena (I think that's what it's called) for N64. I had all 150 original ones and then Mew in the cards. In the games I had a Lvl 100 Mewtwo, Charizard, then 4 others in the high 90's. I used to beat my friend's fucking ASS whenever we'd do the link and battle. And he was the type with the pokemon edition gameboy, game guide, all the games before they came out. Spoiled bitch lol.
