user name can be separated by a comma ( like email )

no need, i dont want simple users having the ability to send 1000 pm's... czo many will use it for their personal shit.

maybe only vets should get it, coz i agree that these users who sign up and then PM porn links and promote forums would have a feild day with it, but i think itd be kool for vets to get this, i know itd help with the tournament amoungst other stuff
