Postby shady4life! » May 19th, '07, 22:11

Hey wat do u guys think of 50? I personally think he is pretty good and like him a lot. The Eminem 50 Cent combination is awesome! all songs they r in together are great. like Patiently Waitin, Don't Push Me, Jimmy Crack Corn, The Re-Up, You Don't Know, Love Me, Gatman and Robbin the list goes on and on.
Anyway lemme know wat u think of him.
If u dont like the way i act then blow me, i ride with the real peeps who know me.

he was one of da first rappers i knew and i liked his stuff, i got GRODT and i liked every single song of it but then i heard his latest songs from The Massacre and GRODT OST and some songs were gud but some others were kinda bullshit so i hope he gets back to where he was at the time of GRODT

p.s btw James R i told u i wud check POTD and i haven't yet so i shud keep dat in ma mind and see wat his songs were like then

GRODt is a classic i love every song on the album near enough, same goes for power of the doller, but massacre was piss i dont think i liked one song on it..and his newer songs are the wackiest shit to ever be released from a major record label

I like him especially on GRODT & POTD he kinda went on a downhill when massacre came out then went steeper when GRODT OST came out. I liked sum tracks on them albums but not alot but like Bar I Liked all the songs from GRODT & POTD. I think there are alot of h8ers out there coz he sings 2 much & he dropped Game which was sad. Hope Curtis & Before I Self Destruct don't get me in a steeper downhill

ok i'm bored so i decided to type this up

when he first got in the biz with dre and em he was given a million dollar contract right, back then a million was a lot to him, then he released the first album off shady and aftermath right, the damn thing sold 10 million copies, then signs a deal with vitiman (sp) water, that is a lot of renvue for him, then releases the massacare and the reason why it was soft was because he had all the money he needed, so thus his "gangsta" persona is gone since he no longer has to relate at that type of life anymore, then he signs on a movie deal for even more money releases aoundtrack, more money

overall no one could ever stay in the same perspective with ton's of money rolling in, this would happen to everybody on here if they were in his shoes

more money less shit to write about and less of a reason to write and record now since he has his whole life made

i wanted to say this because 50 is being hated on just cause he went soft, hell money in your pocket and big houses of course your gonna go soft and your gonna look at life in a whole different way then

this is my 2 cents

i dont agree or disagree but the only reason this would happen is if they dont care about the music..witch idk maybe people didnt take the title "get rich or die trying" seriously enough, he litterly got rich then didnt give 2 fucks about anything

either way i beileive that if you get rich it shouldnt change your attitude...when a rapper says "i come up but i aint changed" it shoudl be true, money should make you have better things, not think like a prik and turn your back on the fans who made you rich...

either way 50 cent doesnt care about his fans so no one should buy this album, 50 cent doesnt care about hip hop music, or hip hop culture, he doesnt care about nothing but making more cash and brain washing more people into thinking he has skill..

sorry but you dont need to expierence stuff to have opinions about it , i have never expeirenced racisms towards me but i made a track about racism coz i have opinions about how other people react to it and how they beileive races are below there race ect.

and you cna make sick tracks were its just music about false scenarios that maybe not true at all but there fun and if you add sick lyrics with a great beat you got great music

anythign is better than amusment park, and fully loaded clip bullshit music

I know what your sayin', but i'm saying maybe what he experianced is what got him to write well, now that all he has is money and fame he can only rap about that.

He is trash, the only reason he sells millions is coz of Eminem, Eminem introduced whiteboys to rap, and then they needed a "gangster figure", a black man rapping some utterly retarded shit, as long as his rhymes were about guns, and his "reputation" in the streets.

50 had a few songs, when he life/death experience, wrote about with anger and managed to pull something off, most people when faced with shit have something to say, but the fact that now, he has absolutely nothing to say and is a complete degenerate with his repeated metaphors and his limited vocabulary, proves he's no where close to being a real artist.

Fuck him.

Plus tony yayo is better than him, 50 should concentrate putting out Yayo's album instead of making to albums.

wow thanx for the comments, i never knew u guys hated 50 Cent so much. I think he is still pretty good, in most of his songs with Eminem and even some solo, but he still isnt that great.
To be honest i only started to listen to rap in 2004 but i listened to it a lot but im still not really familiar with 50's old albums since i did not take the time to download them so i am not sure how good he was back then. I personally think the massacre was alright, and 50 did fairly well on it though. Im not to sure wat u guys r sayin is true though about 50 gettin rich and not carin as much to rap but it is a possibilty. But even if 50 is softenin im sure he can make a come back eventually and rap the old way he used to and maybe better.

so true. If he had been signed to a different record label he probably would be no where

my opinion about him...well, he was alright on his first album. I liked alot of those songs, except I can't be playin them for too long cos his voice gets on my nerves :giggle:

but now I don't even bother listening to him. He's gone down hill, so yeah. I agree with what Steve said, now hes rich so he don't give a fuck.

his songs now are just....argh...if you can't sing....DON'T!

Awww common u guys, Fif did real well on the Re-Up, and the Massacre was pretty good to and had great songs like Huslers Ambition, Gatman and Robbin and Piggy Bank. U cant just giv up on him now. The Re-Up would have not been the same without him. He featured in a load of songs, and Ski Mask Way was pretty good too. Just giv Fif anouther chance, im sure he would do somethin special on his next album. U people make him sound like he is all washed up and retired, and DONT say he is because he aint yet.
