Good idea Killa, was thinking about something like this myself.

The artist I`m gonna promote is APATHY. He's a rapper with amazing lyrical abilities, a deep shit-cool voice, a sometimes supernatural flow. Not only a lyrical rapper with great rhymes, but he can also imagine great song concept as is apparent on his first major release "Eastern Philosophy", songs like "Chemical" (About Drugs, etc) and "The Buck Stops here", are two of the best song concepts I've heard in a while.

Also, some of his freestyles are legendary, and are the reason I checked out his mixtapes and albums.
