yeh i use reason, i find it easier to use than fruity (cos ive used it a lot more lol) but its instruments and fx etc arent as good, not with reaosn 2.5 that i have anyway, although u can download a lot of reFills

well i've tried 3.0 and i can't get it to do antying, i'm confused as fuck :D

i got confused by the demo, luckily though the course im goin on uses reason :smoking:


the guy sayed its the best program for creating beats (once you understand it) lol

i agree with that. i used to use a kind of Reason. it was Reason Adapted. i think u make make so much more better beats than with Fruity Loops if you know how. problem is, i could never fully figure out the program so i switched to Fruity Loops for now.

undeniably, the best program to make beats is... the one you know the most :p that's true, cause there's no such thing as "the best program to make beats"... I heard amazing beats made on FL, on Reason, on Cubase etc... I heard wack beats made on FL, on Reason, on Cubase etc...

once you know your program "perfectly", there's no limit to what you can do...

yea but with reason you have more control in things i think and so it might be better when you figure it out

i just recently figured out how to work drum patterns and they seem to be 10 times easier to control

well yeah, it's a matter of preference, so maybe you'll find out Reason works better for you, but overall, there's nothing Reason can do that another (decent) beatmaking program won't do :happy:

yea well i was using reason yesterday and it was pretty sick IMO, it's a lil harder to get used to but i like the options :y:
