i never watch pod casts and never quite understood what they are

please could someone explain to me what a podcast is and what the difference is between say, youtube.

Podcasts are normally audio and are basically radio shows that you download. Podcasts update, you subscribe to a list and then the program (iTunes normally) automatically downloads the new shows and put them on your mp3 player for you to lesson to whenever. Podcasts are sometimes even broadcast live and you can lesson to it over the internet and call in etc...
Does that explain it?

media player can't automatically download them. you need something else to do that, theres a list somewhere look on google, i would just download iTunes

oh yea i seen some of joe cartoon stuff its alright yea, something like that its "happy tree friends" its basically happy cartoon children charters getting killed with blood and stuff its funny shit. lol
