L .. for an easy fit, M sometimes.

But i go for L all the time, i dont even have to put a shirt on to try it that way, i just come to my local adidas factory outlet and buy 3-4 shirts in different colors every 5-6 months lol ..

i suppose my correct size of shirts would be M... but i always go for XL-XXL :smoking:
and i think the pants im wearin now are 36x34, so anything greater than or equal to i'll wear.
