Jazzmatazz vol. 4 is the best of 07 to date without the slighest doubt.

But many wack rappers been droppin' lately and honestly, T.I. is the one of those wack rappers but in my opinion, he has potential to hit it big and this is a step up from his previous albums.
Potential is potential, he should gets props when he reaches his high
The lyrics aren't impressive but what i give TI props for is his style, he has a unique style, to tell you the truth, i hated TI until this album came out. I couldn't stand his flow but it grew onto me and i respect TI for carrying on his own style.
I havent heard his first album, i downloaded this one to see what all the hoopla was about... its now deleted.
As for the beats, TI's producers aren't nowhere near to Dre or Premo but the beats of the album are enjoyable for the flow/style that accompanies them.
Flow style? what flow style, wrecking every word he says to jungle slang?
An about the split personas, i know it ain't that creative or original but at least there's a little something more to the album that's added because of this. throughout the album, there's 3 skits that clarify his two sides and the battle between them and TI/TIP both can be hard on beggining of songs or endings saying a little something in the background about the whole TI/TIP thing. Again, i know this is but a small detail but it's well put together and that helps make it more enjoyable by the public.
What good are split personalities when your concepts are ... umm non-existant.
Very overrated album. Seems like many people are just so used to rap being degenerate music that they try to big it up a bit by comparing it to other bigger degenerates. Southerners ofcourse are gonna come to its rescue though lol...
I don't know, i just don't get it how people see it that way, makes no sense. Ive listened to the music for 10 years now and it just gets more rediculous.
