Truthfully and honestly speaking, who's better, Jay or Shady? It seems to me that on every "list" Em seems to be at least 6 artists behind Jigga, but, the last time people got a chance to fairly rate the two (on Renegade) Eminem came out tops...he's just a victim of the worst form of prejudice.
The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.

What exactly is the point in ranking, two good mc's above each other? I still don't get it.

You have Jigga who dropped a timeless classic ("reasonable doubt") and eminem ("the eminem show"), both deserve a mention amongst the good rappers, but its just plain impossible to judge em in comparison, since Jigga has a unique flow and a complete different style, just like Em does too.

In the song itself, in my personal opinion, Em does a better job, he drops one of his best verses, Jigga drops a verse no where near to one of his bests.

"It goes, Reggie, Jay-Z, Tupac and Biggie, Andre from Outcast, Jada, Kurupt, Nas and then me"

We dont necessarily have to believe him, but maybe this really is em's point of view and that really counts. And yeah, in renegade em is definitely on top. But you can't compare them. You can compare Eminem and Cashis or 50 cent, but not Eminem and Jay or any other 2 big names, legends.

I honestly think jay-z is way way too overrated, i mean he's good but when I hear people say he's the best MC, i don't get it.... i mean he is one of the best, i like him, but there's no way he should be top one...

oh and yea eminem kills jay-z on it, but the thing is jay-z had already heard eminem's verses and still did worse than him.

Jay-Z is one of the most over rated artists in the game. Eminem is just one of the people that has always been better than him.

Well you don't have to listen to the new stuff. The older stuff is legendary though.

Atlients, is prolly my best choice. The thing about outcast is that they either have really good tracks or they are doing some singing shit. Not cool but eh..

ATLiens would be a good first choice ;)
