I think for starters, the font should be clearer. Especially on the last one, it's really hard to read it at such a small size. Anyways, that's my opinion. Hope it helps.

That guy, is my idol, i know that the word i use demotes Ernesto but i can't tell it with another way, this is Che Guevara Graffiti, Somewhere in Cuba or Argentina, so thought that it is good for an Award Icon, i should but it on the Distingushed Member Award, or The Headmost Moderator or... i don't know, i thought it was a good idea.
