React or not to react?..

Postby yoshi » Aug 26th, '07, 20:02

I've been thinking.. If you guys see someone's doing something against the law or the common rules, not exactly law, but let's say.. moral rules, do you react?

I'm strongly again the racism, and one day I was walking down the street with my friends, and there was a group of guys, dunno, maybe 6 or 7 of them, chains, bald heads, tattoos, you know. And there was also a Black couple walking down the street, and one of those guys was like "white power you black scum!!" - it made me kinda furious, and then one of my friends was like "why didn't we react?". Well, it's been bugging me since the time, because, let's face it: what could've we done? I could've told them being racist is bad and stupid, and probably got knocked out. I could've cussed them out, too, and ended up in the same way.

Maybe it's not the best example, but I hope you feel what I mean. They encourage us to react, and I'm all for it, because it's a normal behaviour to help each other when needed, but I think it all depends on the circumstances, too. I cannot just come up to a 5'8'' block and tell him to stop the fuck bullying a kid, let alone start a fight with him while being on my own..

For me is something like this. Written law is bullshit. I did time and i saw the real punishments. Ethical law and law of customs n legacies and shit like that, thats what i believe in. Put him in jail, they will be ten times worse, kill em and they will never trouble anyone anymore. Some people just DONT DESERVE THE AIR THEY BREATHE. And if you fuck with opressed minorities like african-americans then i take action.

^ I'm not talking whether he deserves time in jail or not, I asked whether you react when you see someone breaking rules.

As for the jail, if a rapist or murderer gets sentenced for 5 years, that's just funny and pathetic at the same time. By the way, I don't think he's gonna have it like ten times worse. I really don't know how it looks in Greece, but here, 3 hot meals per day and cosy cells; some people don't even eat a decent meal and sleep on train stations, wrapped in dirty rags and newspapers.

Reacting? Fuck yeah, imma stab his fucking kidney off his back. No reason to rehab them or anything else. People dont change after their 8th birthday so it is certain that if someone does something unethical, he should be executed.

And the penitentiary system is great in Greece. Have you ever seen medieval dungeons??

Well i wouldn't recommend going up against chains yoshi. trust me, i know they dont feel too good when landing on ur face, and eastern-european skinheads are not american hillbillies, they don't really hesitate to act like a gang in itself.

If you really wanna do something about skinheads in ur area, join ANTIFA. fight militant nationalism, with militant anti-nationalism.

hmm
that racism thing dont happen here at all
since we dont have black ppl here living theres not a problem between whites n blacks but

of course like everywhere there are alot of ppl here breaking rulez..doin wrong things and stuff..
people are irresponsible..for example..istanbul has the worst traffic jam on earth trust me..and thats only becuz ppl dont obey the rules..everybody thinking for themselves..and their welfare..they break the rules dont give the road to anyone else..do anything to go on his way..i hate ppl do that..and not much ppl say sh cuz those people are also ready to make a argue with them others..thats another thing i hate..people afraid of react..thats so stupid..they dont do anything just let them keep doin what they're doing..

another example..some ppl here get things done with "a lil help" of their relatives friends and stuff..like you go to hospital..ur waitin for ur turn..some guy comes and tries to take ur turn..even if he was after u  i cant stop myself reacting in those situations..

cuz we all have the same right..ur not special than anybody here..not a president or anybody!u gotta wait for ur turn like everybody do!

so yeah i agree giving reactions when we see something not right..somebody doing something wrong

if we dont do it
the world will be full with selfish and stupid people.. :y:

React, or course. If possible, in the exact time the crime happens. And if possible too with your own hands or some help... the laws are weak for some cases. There's no other way to make people right, except with high pusnishment... and If the peolpe reincide he/she/(it :p ) should be forced to work in a prision to pay the cost to stay in there. Or capital punishment, like in the China, for assassins, rappers (I mean the guys who rap woman or children :p ) Here in Brazil it's a absurd.. the politcs are big thieves and never are punished... i'm losing my pacience :tounge2: and I will try to make the people change it... :confusion:

you react you make it your problem.

but im on the same wave length as killa, if i see 10 guys kickin the shit out of 1 guy as much as i should i aint gonni say nothing ill turn and walk the different way and possibly ring the cops, but i probly wouldnt ring them, if you try to stop the guys fighting youll just end up getting fucked up aswell, if you call the cops and they find out it was you its gonni become personel and them guys aint gonni wanne see you walk

as for racism, id tell them to stfu, but ive never been in the situation were ive seen more than 1 person be racists, 1 guy that used hang around wiht us sayed something once about a black girl and like 5 of us when nuts n he never came back out with us. so if a group of people were being racist idk what id do.

ive never really been in the situation so i dunno how id react but if it was somehting that really pissed me off i think id probly react no matter the cost coz id act first think later.

rofl i know and that's the main problem about reacting, isn't it? :p

but im on the same wave length as killa, if i see 10 guys kickin the shit out of 1 guy as much as i should i aint gonni say nothing ill turn and walk the different way and possibly ring the cops, but i probly wouldnt ring them, if you try to stop the guys fighting youll just end up getting fucked up aswell, if you call the cops and they find out it was you its gonni become personel and them guys aint gonni wanne see you walk

i'd probably turn and walk the other way too and then call the cops. i know it might be a bit too late, but still, it's worth the try if you can save someone's health or even life. but i wouldn't risk to get involved into it personally.. :sweating: this ain't selfish i guess.

as for racism, id tell them to stfu, but ive never been in the situation were ive seen more than 1 person be racists, 1 guy that used hang around wiht us sayed something once about a black girl and like 5 of us when nuts n he never came back out with us. so if a group of people were being racist idk what id do.

believe me, you wouldn't tell THEM to stfu. :sweating: see, the problem is that some people just don't accept "discussion" as a way of resolving problems. i can get into discussion with a racist person, if the person's on some intellectual level and if she/he would prove me their point of view, backed up with some really interesting and valuable arguments [well i can't think of any reasonable arguments supporting racist point of view, but let's say there are such ones rofl] i could risk. but if you see a group of guys with chains, you just KNOW that they won't feel like discussing it.

ive never really been in the situation so i dunno how id react but if it was somehting that really pissed me off i think id probly react no matter the cost coz id act first think later.

i know how it feels, couple of weeks ago i got involved into a rather unpleasant discussion with a guy on the bus, he said he regrets that he ain't got his bat with him, so he'd make me shut up. i didn't really think of what i was sayin rofl n it sorta pissed off my friends :sweating:

well, if one of them is shouting out racist slogans, then no. honestly, do you think he's got any good reason to act like that? in the middle of the street of an European country, in XXI century? the fact that the guy's shouting "white power, you black scum" proves it well enough for me that he's an idiot, who couldn't back up his opinion with any reasonable argument. at this point he's really nothing to me.

and i live here long enough to know the difference between people who you can actually discuss with and people who just weren't born to be homo sapiens ;)
