yeah, i've heard it before. it's crazy, i love how the beat starts and then how he delivers the lyrics.. as for me, the story is.. don't know, touching? sick and twisted in some way, like the part where he says:
"but what he saw made him start to cringe and stutter
cuz he was staring into the eyes of his own mother"

and that's one of few songs that really give me shivers every time i listen to them, my favourite part would be probably the last verse, which is just one of those little masterpieces for me, which are often totally forgotten or underestimated.

and listen, cause the story that I'm telling is true

and i loved how he used that Mobb Deep sample between the two verses, it fits there perfectly, cause he made his choice, he's about to pull the trigger and knows there's no turning back now.. damn, the song was what made me listen to Immortal Technique.
