BioShock Pre-Loads Onto Steam

Im not sure if anyone is intereested in this game, i myself feel like it gets way to much hype. but i played the 360 demo and it wasnt all that bad.

Valve has announced that BioShock, the game that is already being regarded as the best game ever, is now available for pre-loading through Steam.

PC users who purchase the game now for USD $49.95 can go ahead start downloading everything they need to play the game the moment it becomes officially available on August 21 in North America.

For those who don’t like buying without trying, 2K has also announced that PC gamers won’t be left in the dust and will be receiving a version of the playable demo that’s already out on the Xbox Live Marketplace starting tomorrow through FileShack.

BioShock? Man wat is this shit, and y the fuck is it so popular? And y the fuck is it so exspensive? And wat the fuck is it about? Whenever i see the game cover i always see some machine with a drill that looks like its walkin underground or somethin. Dont know much about it but to me it does not seem even worth all the recognition its gettin.

the story seem a little generic (i think thats the word) for me, gameplay looked pretty fun but un-original, just a big budget game getting alot of hype coz well, its big budget, same principle with computer games as it is with movies, reviews get manipulated when its big budget games and they get hyped up and promoted as if its the best game ever, i mean in the article it sayed its getting hailed as best game ever when it aint even released yet, thats just crazily stupid

i aint got a 360 so i wont be playing it, but i wouldnt mind trying out the demo on PC
